All of which property and assets were the Common or Community property or acquests (acquisitions) of Thomas Haynes, deceased, and his wife Celia Haynes, who now survives, having been acquired during their married life and since their marriage, as the Executor is informed and verily believes, except for the item named above of 6 silver goblets.
I, Christopher Haynes, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Thomas Haynes, deceased, do solemnly swear that the above and foregoing contains a true, accurate, full and complete list and Inventory of the property and assets belonging to the Estate of said Thomas Haynes, deceased, so far as I know and believe.
